1. Product introduction
The sand mill is a continuous closed wet grinding and dispersing high-efficiency ultra-fine pulverizing equipment. The dispersing shaft drives the dispersing disc and the stabilizer to rotate in the cylinder, and the feeding pump feeds the material into the dispersing cylinder, and the material is gradually agitated and dispersed with the grinding medium. The ground material is separated by a separator under the pressure of the cylinder and then flows out. The heat generated during the grinding and dispersing process is cooled by the coolant in the jacket, so that the material temperature meets the needs of the production process. The machine can be widely used in dyes, pigments, coatings, inks, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, biochemicals, leather, pesticides, food, cosmetics, magnetic recording materials, non-metallic mineral powder and other industries.
