Filtration operation and precautions
1. The machine is easy to operate. When using, just install the filter bag of the required fineness level in the filter cylinder, check whether the sealing O-ring is intact, and then tighten the filter cylinder cover ring bolt to put it into operation.
2. After the pump is started, the pressure on the filter rises slightly, and the initial pressure is about 0.05MPa. As the use time is extended, the filter residue in the cylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the cylinder head should be stopped to check the slag of the filter bag. The replaceable filter bag can be used continuously (the filter bag can be reused by cleaning).
3, the filter cylinder pressure is generally adjustable at 0.1-0.3MPa is more suitable, which can be adjusted by the return valve or the pump on the return valve, the filter cylinder pressure will damage the filter bag and the protection net, must pay special attention.
4. The air valve on the filter cylinder cover is a hose for exhausting or connecting air or inert gas to press out the remaining material.
5. The filter must be cleaned and kept clean at all times after each use to ensure that the next filtration effect is good.
