Overview
High-speed disperser is a high-efficiency equipment for mixing, dissolving, dispersing and homogenizing a variety of mixed liquids and solids. The main motor is a speed-regulating motor with a speed range of 80-1200 rpm. Under the high-speed rotation of the high-speed disperser blades, the material is violently turned up and down in the container, causing impact and shearing with the blades, so that the aggregates are destroyed to achieve rapid dispersion, homogeneous mixing, and accelerated dissolution.
High-speed dispersing equipment is widely used in the production of artificial marble, plastic, photographic film, pharmaceuticals, recording materials, paints, dyes, inks, adhesives and other chemical products.

Structure: mechanical lifting, equipped with cycloidal pin reducer; mixing system, equipped with speed control motor; transmission; electric control box consists of four parts.
