The coating production line is mainly composed of the following systems.

1〉Feeding system
It consists of a liquid feed tank, an emulsion feed tank, a vacuum buffer tank and a matching piping and metering system. The system vacuums the pulping kettle and the paint mixing tank to generate a negative pressure in the kettle, so that the powder material, the liquid material and the emulsion are metered by the flow meter and then sucked into the pulping kettle and the paint adjusting kettle. 2> Discharge and filtration system

3>Pulping system
The system has an annual output of 1,500 tons - 2000 tons of production line from a 1500L dispersion reactor. The system integrates dispersion and grinding, and the grinding fineness reaches the production requirements of latex paint. The yield is high, easy to clean and less residue. The annual output of 6,000 tons of real stone paint is completed by a 3500L main mix.
4> paint coloring system
The system has an annual output of 1,500 tons - 2000 tons of production line consists of a set of 1500L emulsified paint tank. The system emulsifier is equipped with a low speed mixer. The inner and outer walls are mirror polished for easy cleaning.
5〉Cooling system
It consists of a water jacket cooling system and a sealed cooling system.
6> Piping system
